The topographic maps we can use to find our way around the Sierra Blanca area are the following:

1066-III Entrerríos

They aren't easy to come by. We ordered ours over the internet to this online bookshop that specializes in mountaineering material: Libreria Desnivel (http://www.libreriadesnivel.com) they couriered them down to us and we paid cash on delivery. Very good service.

It is a good idea to have a map of the area we are going to and of course a compass is more than usefull.
We found a map distance reader very useful too.
